Harper is up for Adoption!  Hello, I’m Harper and I’m a strong, active American Bulldog/Staffordshire Mix who’d be the perfect jogging/hiking/running companion.  I’m 2 yrs old and weigh roughly 70 lbs.  When I’m not on the move, I’m very sweet and love to give kisses.
