Helga is up for Adoption! Helga was adopted from BARC in March 2011. She is a 10-month-old Cairn Terrier mix, Female, about 17 pounds, originally surrendered because they couldnt care for her anymore. Helga was just returned to BARC in June 2011 because she got a little nippy with the little boy she was living in the household with. She is submissive and really sweet when this puppy gets to know you.

at the city shelter over 3 years ago and after being adopted and cared for, was abandoned with us. He came to us sick and confused, which told us he didn’t receive very good care. He is scared and protective of strangers and should not be in a home with kids. But once he gets to know you, Toby would make a wonderful lap dog. As a senior dog, Toby doesn’t require much maintenance and really just wants a nice warm home with some peace and quiet after a sad and difficult life. Adopt this great dog today!
